Clarity Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services to small businesses. Since every 
business is different, we do not offer preset packages. Instead we will custom 
build a package tailored to your needs and budget. 

Examples of our services include, but are not limited to:
  • Virtual and in-person bookkeeping services- we are located in Atlanta, GA, so if you are local we are happy to meet with you in person! If not or you're more comfortable with virtual, we are happy to do that too.
  • Services using QuickBooks Online

    • Enter all transactions (sales receipts, invoices, bills, expenses, etc.)

    • Enter recurring customers and vendors 

    • Print and/or track checks

    • Track inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, and loans

    • Record sales tax payable

    • Record payroll 

    • Link financial accounts and reconcile monthly

  • Prepare and interpret financial statements
  • Bookkeeping catch-up and clean-up
  • Migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online


We CANNOT authorize financial transactions or audit financial statements 
Monthly packages range from $300 to $1,500 

* At this time, we only use QuickBooks Online for our bookkeeping services. We hope to add Xero in the future
